Climate change is the main parameter affecting water resources. This will exacerbate hydrologic extreme events like drought and flood. Determination of possible peak flow in agricultural watershed important terms preventing crop losses. The materials methods suitable for watersheds (hydrology) were used this study. general aim study to determine success estimation power Windows Technical Release-55 (WinTR-55) Model. In study, flows estimated by WinTR-55 model using data Kirklareli Vize Samsun Minoz Stream compared with observed flows. most successful was 100-year return period error 25% stream 10-year 2% watershed. With aid WinTR-55, which tends predict larger rates, greater rates each period. So, it understood that can be prevention flood damage confidently. As a result, recommended calculated public institutions such as State Hydraulics Works (SHW) should made help model.
